City of Kissimmee

The city of Kissimmee is the largest town in Osceola County. An active Main Street Program supports the growth of the city’s historic core businesses. Historically known as a shipping and cattle center on Lake Tohopekaliga, Kissimmee’s homes are reminiscent of other historic Southern cities.

City of St. Cloud

Known as “the Soldier City” because of its founding by Civil War soldiers. Similar to Kissimmee, the St. Cloud Main Street Program is working towards the revitalization of homes and businesses in its historic core.

Town of Celebration

The town of Celebration is one of the most unique developments in the United States. Originally designed by the Walt Disney Company to realize Walt Disney’s vision of a community where residents can live, work and play, Celebration was founded in 1994 with homes reminiscent of houses of the 1940s and 1950s, transporting residents to a time period popular in American culture. The town’s architecture and configuration are prime examples of New Urbanism.

Town of Harmony

Osceola County’s newest community, founded in 2001, Harmony is an environmentally conscious community featuring ENERGY STAR® energy efficient homes and 7,700 acres of designated open space. Harmony has been recognized for both its design and its stewardship of the pristine wetlands that surround the community.

Champions Gate

Encompassing 1,500 acres southwest of The Walt Disney World Resort — ChampionsGate welcomes visitors off its Interstate 4 exit. With 36 holes of championship golf designed by International golf champion Greg Norman, ChampionsGate is like no other golf resort in the world.

Reunion

A resort neighborhood and master-planned community, Reunion is situated on 2,226 acres and is a planned Development of Regional Impact. Reunion is a charming community renowned for its luxurious amenities and picturesque landscapes. Home to the
